About AgEmployment
Who we are
AgEmployment is an online jobs board operated as part of the All Farmers, One Platform network. Employers — farms, growers, ranches, processors, agribusinesses and ag-tech teams — publish full-time, seasonal, contract and internship roles across crop, livestock, machinery, horticulture, food processing, agronomy and agricultural technology. Candidates publish a CV that says what they can actually do, from tractor driver to herd manager, from line supervisor to plant scientist. There is no auction house, no middleman and no commission on anybody's salary.
We trade under the domain agemployment.com. Every message that reaches our team is answered by a person, and enquiries are answered on business days.
What we do
- We publish and moderate a public board, so that a vacancy shown on it is real, paid and placed by an identifiable employer.
- We give each member one account that carries across the whole partner network, so a single registration is enough to use every site of the group.
- We answer enquiries from employers and candidates and remove adverts that break our rules — see the Terms & Conditions.
- We keep the platform available, backed up and secured, and we publish how personal data is handled in our Privacy Policy.
How a hire happens
An employer places a role. A candidate reads it and applies straight from the advert — or the employer searches the Talent Wall and makes the first move. Interview, offer and employment contract are arranged directly between the two of them. AgEmployment never employs the people it introduces, never acts as a recruitment agency and never takes a percentage of a salary.
What we charge
Browsing, posting a CV and applying are free, and posting a job is free today. Where we introduce a paid feature — a promoted placement, a bulk upload, a business account — the price appears on screen before you confirm it, and no payment is taken until you start it.
Our standards
- Every advert is reviewed, and any member can report one that looks wrong.
- We do not sell personal data and we run no advertising trackers.
- A job advert must describe a real vacancy, name the employer and state the pay or the pay range.
- Employment, pay and working conditions follow the law of the country where the work is done.
Where we are going
The network behind AgEmployment exists so that a farmer, a contractor, a technician or a grower does not have to explain themselves twice: one account, one profile, and a board for each trade. This site is published in ten languages and we add more as members ask.
